This website is run by the Royal SFT class conducted by Dinesh Gunawardhane (“the class”, “we”). Anyone can browse the public pages without signing in. This policy explains what we collect when a student signs in, and why.
What we collect
- From your Google account, when you choose “Continue with Google”: your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
- Class details you or the class provide: index number, full name, batch (A/L year) and class centre.
- Exam results recorded by the class: marks, grades and ranks.
- Sign-in cookies that keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To confirm you're a student of the class and link your Google account to your student record.
- To show you the ranking papers, marking schemes, notices and results for your own batch and centre.
- To let the class manage students, release papers and publish results.
We don't sell your information, show ads or share it with anyone for marketing. Your results are shown only to you and to the class administrators.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with Supabase, our database and sign-in provider, on servers in Mumbai, India. Sign-in is handled by Google. Both protect data under their own security and privacy terms. Access inside the database is restricted so each student can only read their own records.
How long we keep it
We keep student records while you're in the class and for a reasonable time afterwards for class records. You can ask us to unlink your Google account or delete your record at any time.
Students under 18
Most students are school pupils. By signing in, a student confirms that a parent or guardian knows they use this site. Parents can contact us to see or remove their child's information.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- Remove this site's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
